RETURN POLICY:

Henry’s Prayer Goods and Gifts, accepts the return of goods purchased via our website www.henrys.co.za, only if they are unopened, unused and in their original condition and packaging, as it left our premises in Pietermaritzburg. Goods must be returned within 5 working days from the delivery date.

Should you wish to return your item/s we will issue a full refund based on the price you paid for the item/s, however you will be liable for the courier cost to return the items. This cost is dependent on your location within South Africa. If you qualified for free delivery on your order, you will still be liable for any courier cost for returning your items. You can also choose to send the items back with your own courier. Once we receive the items in perfect condition as we had sent them, we will issue you a refund within 1-2 working days.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on jewellery due to hygienic and health reasons.

You are welcome to make an exchange, provided we have stock of the item you would like to purchase and you will be liable for the courier cost to send the item back to our store in Pietermaritzburg. Once we receive the goods to be exchanged in good condition, we will ask you to pay the second courier fee to send your new order out to you.

This website is easy to use and all products have sizes, colours, description and dimensions listed on it. The onus is upon you, to ensure that you are purchasing the correct size or item. We can’t be held responsible for any negligence on your part.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITONS:

All items that are purchased on our website is done at your own discretion and will never replace the need to seek professional healthcare advice or treatment. We offer spiritual advice based on many years of experience and training and our products will never be a magical cure. Effort is required on your part to make your life better.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

When you purchase any products of our website, you agree not to reproduce, copy, resell or exploit any of our products that are sold exclusively by our store. There will be serious legal consequences for anyone who does not respect the copyright on our products.

All the pictures, products and items contained on this website are considered to be the intellectual property of Henry’s Prayer Goods and Gifts. There will be no tolerance for anyone who copies our products or pictures for their own material gain.

PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We are a retail store and do not offer any wholesale pricing.

DELIVERY OF GOODS:

1. Henrys Prayer Goods and Gifts offers courier as the method of delivery of your order to you, within South Africa. You are welcome to choose your own courier to fetch your order from our premises in Pietermaritzburg, once your order has been paid for.
2. Delivery cost is dependent on your location within South Africa and can change without prior notice if the courier company applies their annual increase.
3. Once we receive your order, we then proceed to check stock availability. Thereafter we send you a message to make payment which includes your delivery cost to your doorstep.
4. Once a proper proof of payment is sent to us, we proceed to pack your order. We take extreme care to package your goods, so that they reach you in a perfect condition.
5. Delivery time is usually 1-2 working days for major outlying areas. For other areas, allow for 4-5 working days. This time period is also dependent on weather conditions, possible delays on the road and any other delays which we have no control over.
6. Once the package leaves our premises, the onus is upon the delivery company to get your order to you. Any queries about delivery needs to be taken up with the courier company as we have no control over what happens on the road, once the package leaves our premises.
7. Only orders which exceed R999 will qualify for free delivery.
8. We reserve the right to refuse any online sale at anytime without prior notice.
